1. Delivery Areas

Lumiere Beauty & Cosmetics delivers across India. We ship from our warehouse in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

2. Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days
• Remote locations: 5–8 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499 — FREE shipping.
• Orders below ₹499 — flat ₹49 shipping charge.
• Combo packs — always shipped free.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier link. You can also track orders from "My Orders" in your account.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to ₹3,000 in serviceable pincodes. A small handling fee may apply.

6. Failed Delivery

If our courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us and a refund issued (minus shipping cost).

7. Damaged / Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email support@lumiere.beauty within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will replace or refund the order.
